Yikes!

I just finished looking for a roast leg of lamb recipe for Christmas Eve.  I know how I always do mine but it never hurts to get new ideas.....and then do what you know works.  Hey...it's just how I roll but I do enjoy the search.  The Food Network, my go to cooking recipe stash when I am too lazy to walk in the kitchen to my cookbooks, had millions of recipes for lamb.  A lot were very similar...OK, make that real similar, but one especially got my attention.  It's title??  Silence of the leg of Lamb.
